Back pain

Hi everyone! I’ve taken a lot of time away from BB and it was nice focusing on myself for a little while. I had no plans to return but I have a problem.

I have two completely herniated discs in my neck. They are sending me to a back specialist who is notorious for steroid injections only. I do not tolerate steroids in any form. Oral, injection or topical. All cause horrible reactions.

Has anyone dealt with a more conservative way of treating herniated discs?! It’s causing cord deformity so I need to start getting proactive with it all.
