Dry Tapering Diazepam Support Group

I wanted to start this support group for those who are dry tapering from Diazepam like me so we can share our info. I have dry tapered diazepam from 30mg of Valium down to 1 mg and am debating my next cut of 0.5 or to jump at 1mg.
