Looking for a buddy

I would also like to find a buddy. I’m not quite a year ct. But pretty close. I have only recently even figured out that this is all from benzo withdrawal.  I have been pretty clueless. I was only on them a very short while so was told over and over that it couldn’t be from the benzos. I have come to believe differently then what the doctors have told me.
