Hello Benzo buddies

Hello Benzo buddies. I'm new to the group I hope I'm in the right area to post.

I went Cold turkey I believe 17 months ago and I'm currently facing a symptom I'm hoping I can get some relatability with.

I have these episodes which always starts in my head, weird weavy sensations, sometimes my head feels like it floating or my brain does, other times I get pressure.

I'm wondering if head sensations morphing is normal? Seems like everyday it's something different.

I'm also wondering if symptoms should gang up whenever one starts. Soon as my head sensations start my eyes go weird or visual field goes weird it's very scary. And then either my entire body feels weird/weakmess or my arm and leg feel weak, numb with difficulty gripping things. It's been getting worse and worse. I've gone for testing... Is this normal?
