[Ha...]
I live in Ontario Canada where our weather is as close to being bipolar just not diagnosed basically, it's so damn hot. I'm noticing that heat makes me feel extremely weak and or brings on symptoms. Even if I'm using the stove and I open it to check on food the heat will bring about xtreme heat to where I have to go lay down. Is this normal and has anyone felt so much better in your recovery? [Ha...]
It's not really a case of what's normal, what's normal for 1 person in WD is different from what's normal for the next, and neither is normal for the "normal" person. But try to look at it like this. Your body, CNS, and brain are basically out of coordination and very sensitive to anything and everything that might disrupt the balance that it's currently trying hard to establish. Your system is under a lot of stress trying to correct things, so any sort of "input" out of the norm will increase symptoms. But it won't last.
