Duneman1 HELP second day of a.m. dizzy and numb hands

3 weeks into 50% valium taper and today and yesterday morning only have bad dizziness and numb hands .is this normal withdrawal or should I worry??

Perfectly normal. If you are worried about a certain symptom, you could try a search. It's often quicker to see if anyone else has it, rather than waiting for a reply if you're worried. It can take a while sometimes which doesn't help the anxiety 😁

But both of those symptoms are very common. There's actually a support group for dizziness.
