Building work by my house

Some neighbours have decided to tear most of their house down and re build it whilst I’m in neurotoxic hell and sensitive to literally everything including light, noise, vibration, smells, chemicals, dust. This is a nightmare. Truly anyone who survives this level of horror is a walking miracle. I hope they don’t take too long over it. Every sound is going through my nervous system.

I totally get this, its a singular hell and one no one around you understands, that we're so sensitive to EVERYTHING.

I'm really sorry you have to endure this, B. I get it as I'm really sensitive to what's going on outside that I don't go out now. Try headphones with pleasing music and go to the furthest part of the house away from the noise ( if possible). Do what it takes to get peace of mind ( nice baths with music, etc). I wish you the best!!!
