My Clonazepam story

Hi,

I have been on Clonazepam for 2 and a half years at a dose of .5 mg every night.  I just quit CT 8 days ago and want to know if it the best way to do it

Well, that depends on how you're feeling, some can quit these drugs with little to no problem but not us, we've found that in order to stay functional, we have to taper and that isn't always a guarantee.

If you're in really bad shape you might want to consider reinstating and doing a slow taper but if you don't want to do that, you can certainly recover, I quit cold turkey too.
