Thank you for the reply enlight. I will see my herbalist tomorrow  for my weekly acupuncture. I will run that supplement by her. I seem to have problems with supplement. Even pro and pre biotic seem to effect me. A few have been OK so maybe i will give it a try to find out.  Again thanks.

You didn't reply how each year progressed for you..
It helps to feel that it's not permanent.. Or else when we don't see progress we think that and lose hope.

Ordered my bottle of the supplement of organic sankhpushpi. Gonna give it a try. Also forgot to mention that if anyone else is having nausea they should try a product called sea band . It is not a pill but a set of bands that use acupressure on the wrist. Has helped me immensely. You can find it in most stores in the section for nausea

Hi everyone.
Remember, you are stronger than you can ever imagine. You will get thru this, your brain and nervous system will reset back to there original state, and you will enjoy life again., unnumbed and alive!
Believe me! You will live again.

I read this book early on, and it shed light on what was wrong with me and what PAWS really was. It is a bit expensive, but if you go on amazon, just read a sample from the book. Also, try Google books, and do the same...

The benzo crisis is an epidemic, and most people don't even know what's wrong with them, and are then misguided by uneducated Dr.s on this issue...

1. Taper slowly, over years
2. Seek out a support system that will back you the entire way.
Never listen to someone who says its not from the benzos... remember , some people heal very quickly, most do not, especially after kindling.
3. Use Resources on You tube that are very good:

4. If you have a Dr. who tells you its not benzos, and you were on them for more than a month, find another one. I can direct you to some I have found during my journey and research...

5. As difficult as it is, coffee is the worst thing for PAWS. But starting your day with coffee only fuels your anxiety and panic, which then manifest as hundreds of other symptoms we all know about.
Use tea, See the link at the top for teas that you can learn to love, that will wake you up, and then work with theanine to keep you calm.

6. Have compassion for your self. Develop a routing that you can handle. Push your self a little more as time goes on.

7. TAKE IT EASY.

Thinking of you all in your healing! I healed, you will too!
"Learn to expect, not doubt! In so doing, you bring everything in to the realm of possibility!"

Love,
