Need to taper cocktail of sleeping pills.

I'm currently at the beginning of withdrawing from Ambien, Lunesta and Trazadone. I was mixing them and taking at all hours of the night. I'm 2 nights off of Ambien and Lunesta. I took a small dose of traz last night to calm a panic attack. My plan at this point is stay the course on the Ambien & Lunesta but use Trazadone as a rescue for the next several days. I really don't want to restart the z pill clock all over again.

Can I do this?

I quit Ambien cold turkey and the only symptom it gave me was insomnia.  It was wicked of course, no sleep for a few nights and when I could sleep it was with horrific slasher nightmares.  I gradually learned how to sleep on my own but the best part was the awful interdose withdrawal was gone and so were the horrible thoughts, anxiety and inner trembling. 

Not everyone can get away with quitting like I did, we’re all different but I hope it works for you.
