tapering lamotrogine (lamictal) and pregabiln (lyrica)

I successfully tapered seroquel, ativan, and klonopin!  However they were 1xday.

Now I need to get off of pregabilin and lamotrogine  I take these 3xday for neurotropic pain.  I am on both because they work synergistically and give a better result this way.

How do I go about doing it?  Do I pick 1 and decrease it?  If so do I try and get rid of one of the times of day or do I decrease the dose and take this dose 3xday?

Or both at the same time?

Any suggestions?

I don’t have any experience with these medications but I wonder if Surviving Antidepressants might be helpful in determining which to taper first? 

One thing I do know is it’s best to taper only one medication at a time so you know what is causing what and you can adjust.
