Benzo Withdrawal Album-Three-Year Anniversary

Tomorrow is the three-year anniversary of the album I wrote and recorded with hearsaybenz about my experience in acute benzo withdrawal. I released the album when I was about 22 months off cold turkey and was still in pretty bad shape when it came out. It obviously covers my experience during the first 18 months off the meds so really the acute period. I had so many symptoms including severe depression, monophobia, insomnia, akathisia (which felt like I was mentally going to burst at all times unless I was moving), anhedonia, paranoia, derealization, blurred vision, burning skin, and many others.
