Never mind

I had Covid for the firs time about a month ago. The worst symptom was feeling really cold and having a hard time getting warm - until I realised that paracetamol and especially ibuprofen help a lot with that (I've never been on benzos by the way).

I could be wrong, but my impression is that the earlier strains of Covid were a lot riskier in terms of long Covid and so on. I also had about three vaccines in total, although my last one was back in January I think.

So anyway, personally I'm not too worried about long Covid and other complications. And they say that everyone will get Covid at some point. If long Covid does turn out to be a problem for a lot of people, at least it's easy to imagine that scientists around the world will do a lot of effective work on it, unlike *cough* mental health problems.
