I just got up and took a sooper hot bath for 45 minutes, ate 9 Falafel, turned in YouTube to ocean waves (blackened the screen), got under a weighted blanket and deep breathed in 4, held for 7, exhaled 8-over and over until I fell asleep 😴.

Maybe this will help some of you too 🙏
