Thanks for coming back and providing an update!  I know benzos are probably the last thing you want to think back on.  Thanks for coming here and sharing how well you are doing now - it should provide encouragement to others.

How long until you healed?

Great to hear you are better. I am nearly four years benzo free. I would say the last nine months or so have been nice....we need to keep telling those still in the fight there is an end to the trauma caused by benzos....
