Had a cup and a couple of hours later started going really under. I has to take 10mg diazepam extra and now just almost back to normal.. If you suffer from anxiety don't take ginseng despite it saying it can actually help you feel better.. Of course not everybody reacts the same way but my experience is that if you depend of a supplement or even a natural substance to easy the healing processes some how sooner or later you end up dependent of it and your body will probably react when you stop it. YES it's called withdrawal too! We have to be VERY careful with GABAERGIC substances and those include teas as well.
