It doesn't look like you're dealing with interdose, you're just miserable all the time. 

It sounds like you're quite functional but I'm sure you're having to work twice as hard attending to your schoolwork with that brain fog.  I think given your workload, there might not be any way to speed things up, you need to function.

I'm sorry to hear your doctor took that stance, at least you have access to the drug, even if outdated, what is the date by the way?
