Ativan 0.25mg titration + other meds to help

Hey guys,

It’s a pleasure to be part of this community.

I’ve started to taper down from 2mg of Ativan.

I have been using from 0.5mg to 2mg Ativan daily for almost 1 year.

It has made me more anxious than I really was, so I started to taper.

I got down to 0.25 mg, with the help of other meds (Coaxil/Tianeptine/Stablon 3 x 12.5mg per day, 300mg Gabapentin, 50mg of Seroquel and 30mg Mirtazapine for sleep), however, when I tried to jump from 0.25 to 0, I felt horrible. I tried to take more Gabapentin but I didn’t feel well so I went back to 0.25 again and I’m trying to make a water titration to get off.

I used 100ml of water for the 0.25mg and I am taking 1ml out every day.

Do you think this will work? What are your opinions?

I am open to any suggestions you might have.
