20 months

Hi everyone,  I'm off 20 months today.  My sx are still pretty scary thiugh if I think of it alot off things did leave also.

I feel like I've had about everything and if I can do this anyone can. 🙏

Look at you, doing your best to sound positive, even though you’re dealing with a lot of symptoms, good job!  Do you keep a record of your symptoms, you must if you’ve noticed some have left.  I wish I would have kept track because I kept thinking I wasn’t improving, stupid benzo lies. 

Hi Pam, yes I'm trying. I do have a record of alot of stuff. Lots of benzo lies. Today is really hard even though stuff left the stuff I have now is scary.  You think I'm doing anything wrong.

I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong, its just a waiting game.
