Should I Reinstate Zopiclone?

Unbearable symptoms.

Cannot stop moving.

Whole body on fire.

Was taking zopiclone 2.50mg for 4 times in a week and cycled with benedryl.

Then stopped last week intially, then redosed one night 3 days ago. Now feel like I am literally dying after not taking anything for days.

No sleep barely and horrible searing pain.

Only you know how much you can withstand, we can’t tell you what to do but if you can’t function, then it might be in your best interest to reinstate.  It may take a few days to stabilize and you may need to go on a higher dose but give it time before you raise it, in case you can stabilize.

Tapering is difficult, its painful and time consuming and it dominates our lives.  Its a huge commitment that will consume you but its possible to taper off of these medications and get your life back. Some can taper slowly and they do quite well, but most here can expect uncomfortable symptoms.
