Fear of standing on the Earth

I have constant fear of standing on the Earth, which is just floating in space.  Does anyone have anything similar to this?

Have you always had this fear or has it manifested since you became benzo free?  You’re very early in recovery so you can expect symptoms to last for awhile longer.

Benzodiazepine withdrawal and recovery has a tendency to bring out our worst fears and magnify them.  It might be helpful for you to see a therapist, if your fear is causing you anxiety it could make your symptoms more intense. 

I don't believe in therapists anymore either as they ended me up on this crap but maybe talking to a benzo coach helps you? It's very difficult to hold on I know. I am basically becoming anorexic because of all the puking. I will try mhbot as an experiment to see if it helps anything. Some people seem to have decent results with it'
