Insomnia- some progress!

Started tracking a few days ago. Some 3hrs ‘sleep’. Woke up not feeling that I slept at all. Lots of weird dreams.

I guess it’s great progress from no sleep at all.

Onwards and upwards.

Sleep returns in "fits and starts" as you are describing.  3 hours is "good" at this point in the process.  It won't fix your insomnia, but being grateful for any and all sleep will help you get past this until sleep finally evens out for good.

Thank you TheWay. Yes I am very grateful.Really looking forward to feeling drowsy again. I never had any issues with sleep all my life. In fact I could sleep whenever I wanted.
