England- March 28/2011 Parliament involuntary addiction discussion outcome.

Here is the outcome of the the Parliament discussion. The outcome is unfortunate. This is what John Perrot says at the end:

PS – It is obvious that solutions to most of these can only be effected by the Department of Health, and while their energies remain focussed on ignoring anybody with expertise and banning people like me from corresponding with them, nothing much is likely to come from them and that is why the problem has existed for 30 years.
