migraines and weird head sensations group

Since benzo withdrawal I've had a bunch of head sensations and pressures on the top/scalp. Now personally I dont know what migraine feels like, I don't know if a online migraine support group like this or not which is why I wanted to open this up for chat for anyone struggling with migraines, for good measure I also invite any and all head sensations, the weirder the better.
