Is this a good sign of healing?

Hi there, l jumped 17months ago and not had any windows however l have noticed these past weeks that the SI has lifted could anyone tell me if this is a good sign of healing at the moment that’s all l have to hang onto.Love Kat

 

Yes. Slowly, but surely. Huge relief isn’t it? Whenever mine pops up now it’s just fleeting and I know it’s the benzos talking to me.

OP, yes it's a relief isn't it. I still get the occasional wave of it, but I see it as part of the healing now. A sign of something happening. Where as originally it just never ends, and you think it never will
