Went to the Chiropractor... oh boy!!!

Hello buddies,

So I decided to go to my chiropractor yesterday because I've been having neck, mid back and lower back constant tightness issues. It's been about a year since my last visit. That late afternoon, evening I was fine, but when I got up the next day started going to work I started feeling a really bad headache & dizziness/off balance feeling, eye strain. I'm here at work feeling like shit like I got sent back into a wave of symptoms again. So frustrating. My last visit the adjustment helped with my neck, headaches & migraines. 🙁

Its so crazy how we never know what will hurt, it looks like something that's helped you in the past is off limits for now.  I hope your symptoms settle down soon but thanks for reporting this in case it helps someone else avoid your fate.

I can't believe this happened. My last visit I remembered I had a stiff neck from sleeping I got adjusted immediately it helped without any setbacks or wave. This time it was the opposite. Once again frustrated 😠.
