Severe anxiety returns

I’m having panic attacks when I wake up in morning. Also have the feeling that everyone was pissed at me. I think I’m having very very fast rapid cycling symtptoms. Also with lethargy. Panic attacks in the morning don’t feel like old panic attacks. Feel very odd. But when the go away they I feel fine. I also have weird nervous energy. Crazy ass feelings lately. They go in and out all damn day.

Hi Zesty, going through the same things.  Been doing g mu h better but those feelings return on occasion.  Time is the healer.

Morning here and raging anxiety at 42 months.  Distraction. Distraction.  Distraction.  Water. 

 

No doubt that things have improved, just that for some of it's incredibly slow.

I have this when I was taking X for sleep sporadically.

I did not know if it was from Benzo use on and off. Doctor

told me to keep using it and change it to Clonazepam.

I could not tolerate it and stopped CT and now after 13 months I am

getting lots of the withdrawal symptoms and the worse is this

morning anxiety and bezo belly.So tired of it. I am always exhausted and feeling so hopeless.

Feel so depressed now of not being able to overcome. Hope it will eventually go away with time

for all of us. I have lots of work and family responsibilities. Prayer to everyone 🙏🙏
