4months off anxiety

I have been off restoril 4 months and having anxiety.  I have been tempted to ask the doctor for sleeping pills or Ativan.  I need a job.  I want to move by sister next year, but can't leave my sick brother

Anxiety at 4 months is pretty typical but I'd advise against taking Ativan or sleeping pills, that's what got me into trouble and I believe I prolonged my suffering for many months until I finally stopped taking the sleeping pills.  I hope you're smarter than I was and will avoid any more benzo's or z-drugs. 

The doctors where I live won't give out any z drugs or benzos.  My doctor won't give me anything.  I rode on the bus home a few hours and ir usually gives me anxiety with no pills.  I had anxiety on the way there and none coming back.  I seen my psychiatrist.  He thought I was doing good and only talked 10 minutes.  I didn't sleep well at home from 140 to 7.  I thought I would be up all night.  I need a job.
