Looking for Support

Hello,

Currently tapering valium and gabapentin and have been for ~9 months. I've been on benzos for over 2 years and gaba for around 1 year. I'm here today and now to hopefully talk about benzo belly and some other common symptoms of benzo withdrawal and hopefully gain a better understanding of what I'm going through.
