1) taper support and reading about others experience

2) switched over from Ativan to Diazepam for taper

3) as a occasional prn for 5-6 years (no physical dependence that I was aware of, just used for emergencies and then daily the past 2.5 years.

4) 30mg on July 1 down to 5mg as of 4 days ago. Stabilized at 12mg before making a large jump down to 5mg so not sure if it’s manageable.

5) in process of taper

6) doing NAD iv treatments as well… curious to read about others trying that.

We are glad you are here, you have come to a good place for advice and  support.  You have done well starting your taper, withdrawal can be tough but with help and encouragement  from the forum you will get through it.

The suggested taper rate is 5/10% every 10/14 days.  You can learn more about tapering on our taper plans board, and you will receive plenty of support and encouragement on the forum.

Check out the Ashton Manual, I found It a valuable resource for learning about benzos and the effect these drugs have on our body.  As well as taper/withdrawal information, it lists  possible withdrawal symptoms symptoms
