Please add your history/signature

This is a reminder for our new and not so new members who have yet to add a history to their profile.  Adding a brief description of your benzo history, current dosage and updating it as you taper is extremely helpful to both moderators and buddies who want to be able to assess your situation at a glance.  This will allow us to much better help and advise you. 

To do this:

• Click on 'Profile'
  
• Then 'Account Settings'
  
• Then 'Modify Profile'
  
• In the drop-down list click 'Forum Profile'
  
• From that page, scroll down almost to the bottom and type in your info in the Signature box
  
• Make sure and click 'Change Profile' at the bottom
  

And that's it!

Here is another way to accomplish the same thing.

• Navigate to your signature in your profile
  
• Open a second browser window (this is usually achieved by pressing Ctrl and N at the same on your keyboard)
  
• Navigate to any post on the forum
  
• Click reply, as though you are going to make a post
  
• Compose your signature in the reply box (and use the preview option to view your formatted signature content)
  
• Copy and paste the text from the reply box to the signature box in your profile
  
• Click 'Change Profile' under the signature text entry box
  

Job done, and all nicely formatted.
