lunesta withdrawal using klonopin

Hi,

I would like to get off 1 mg of Lunesta - been on since 2005.

I'm also on Klonopin .25mg by cutting a .5mg tab in half.

I would like to crossover from Lunesta by increasing my Klonopin by .167mg, the equivalent of 1 mg Lunesta.

Been on the Klonopin since mid-to-late '90s.

I need a schedule that provides a method of decreasing the Lunesta which is a very small, brittle table that is hard to cut.

Need a method of gradually increasing the Klonopin to cover the withdrawal from Lunesta.

I'm interested in a very slow cross-over and titration schedule.  I've heard milk is good for slow crossovers with Klonopin, but don't know exactly how to do this.

I am going to lose insurance coverage for Lunesta.

So, really need a crossover from Lunesta to Klonopin with appropriate reductions and increase of both to crossover.

I hope I'm being clear, but what a challenge!
