Lorazepam Tapering 3 doses - When to switch to liquid?

Need Lorazepam tapering advice. The goal is to get off completely. Dosing 3 times daily:  .9mg, .5 mg, and .9 mg. What should my next step be? Note: Lack of sleep has been a concern.

Should I move to 2 doses? (Work towards combining AM and mid-day?) Or should I reduce my AM dosage while leaving the other two the same? (Eventually getting to .5 - even across all 3 doses? )

It's getting harder to file and weigh the pills.

And when can the liquid formulation be introduced?

Most Lorazepam users will dose 3 times a day so I’m not sure its a good idea to go to two.  I guess you’re thinking of only dosing twice because of sleep?
