Globus hystericus anyone ?

Been experiencing this tight throat / lump in throat for too too long. I have such an anxiety around eating now. My tongue now also feels so tight and tense and I’m feeling like I can’t speak normally. If anyone can relate, I am going out of my mind. Please help me.

Yeah, I had it bad after my CT from klonopin.  It took quite a while for it to go away, I think a couple months.

I developed this after taking SSRI , then went into Benzo, hasn’t stopped since. About 9 months! I am losing my mind. Anyone else have this? Whag did you do to help it
