Am I doing this right?

Good morning! So a quick recap, I was weaning off of 1 mg clonazapam taken at bedtime and had gotten down to .25 mg, had a seizure for unknown reason June 2022, reinstated to 1 mg because my anxiety was off the charts and now going to wean again. This time though I am taking .5 mg in the morning and .5 at bedtime. I want to cut the daytime dose first,  so I cut by 5%. But is this too slow? Before I would have done 5%off the 1 mg so I am confused how to do this when I take it twice a day. Any advice is appreciated!!!

You would take the 5% off of your total dose and subtract that amount from your daytime dose if thats the one you want to reduce first.
