Good advice fellow psych drug survivor. I eat a diet of pasture raised organic eggs, raw nuts, high dose fish oil, cottage cheese and a few suppliments. In the morning i make a smoothie with buttermilk, pomegranate seeds, strawberry and a whole burbon vanilla pod(yes you can eat the whole thing, not just the seeds inside) I sometime trow 30 g ekstra of raw nuts in the smoothie. I walk alot, so i burn around 500-600 kalories pr day. All the best mate.
