Benzo belly

Has anybody here had horrible benzo belly for a long time? I think I’ve had it for 9 months and it’s horrible. I’m sick and tired of this symptom and am very scared this is gonna take a really really long time cuz it’s definitely hard to function with my stomach messed up like this
