Sleeping every other night.

Hi,

 

Since my surgery and anesthesia setback, I have been sleeping every other night or every 3rd night.

 

I also am now tapering Mirtazapine, which has not helped wirh sleep at all.  In fact, it was making me hyper at bedtime so I switched it to the day.

 

Does anyone else have this every other night pattern to their insomnia?

Hi there, yes. I had a setback from the vaccine booster and that's how I am sleeping now, every other night. I'm not taking anything and was sleeping normally before the setback.

Thank you for validating this. I too was sleeping normally before my setback. I'm getting better but its been a painful process. I have a lot of grief because it was feeling well before the setback.
