[Be...]
I am feeling good. Very mild Klonopin withdrawal symptoms. About a 2 - sleeping 6 - 7 hours a night. Not my typical 8 - 9 hours when on klonopin. When/how to jump?

[je...]
Ashton says you can jump at 0.025mg. In my opinion and experience I think you need to consider 3 questions when you get to the jumping dose: 1) How fast did you taper to get here? 2) How have your symptoms been the last month/2months? If you've tapered slow enough and there is limited possibility for accumulated cuts, and symptoms have been okay and manageable then you're good and ready to proceed if you can answer Q3. 3) What is your level of anxiety/do you feel ready? If you are anxious about jumping and obsessed about symptoms after jumping then it's probably better to taper lower. I think a little bit of anxiety is normal but if it consumes your thinking it's not worth jumping. You'll just work yourself up in a frenzy and the stress will likely produce unpleasant withdrawal symptoms once you've jumped.
