Anxiolytic effect of benzos

Hello , i was reading on the internet some studies like "pubmed" claims that benzos retrain their anxiolytic effect and one study claimed that tolerance to that effect rarely occurs, is that true according to your experience?"they stated also that tolerance to sedating and other effects occurs fast but to the anti-anxiety effect rarely occurs"
