Foods that lower cortisol???

Any good suggestions for foods that help lower cortisol??
Trying to clean eat here.
Anything to definitely avoid??

You can Google a list of them.

I, myself try to keep cortisol down. The foods I eat, are:
Avocado, apples, bananas, eggs (I find eggs especially help me), cereals, carrots, corn and the list goes on.

Tuna is another good one, if you can handle it.

You've got the right idea keeping cortisol down, because that would definitely help.

Exercising and plenty of sleep always helps keep cortisol and stress down.

Meditation as well.

I did the same thing and I feel like it helped for sure. It also helped me introduce new foods into my diet and that’s always fun :3 You find some great stuff that way!
