Klonopin taper advise please help

I have been stuck at 0.125 mg of Klonopin since April, initially I was doing well tapering and I fear I am now facing tolerance.

I have had chest pain/ palpitations, tachycardia, muscle twitching, muscle pain and headaches all summer / fall without even attempting to decrease my dose.

I don't know what to do next as the clock is ticking and I want get off this medication.

How are you currently titrating and do you want to start again?

Jelly baby please explain to me how you do this dry manual taper?? I’m SO confused. Jewelers scales etc I’m just overwhelmed. So you shave off that amount?  I just can’t get there with this slow taper info and fear I’ll end up going to a detox and going too quickly. I’m at the end of my rope here. Thank you
