Not sure where to post this question.  Has anyone tried Dr. Jennifer Austin Leighs group therapy?

I have, and it's really helpful. She talks a lot about being vegan...I am not. I just learned to ignore it. Its a great source if relief and a place where you can ask questions with someone who has a lot of experience.

Brokenpetal,
Thank you.  I have watched some of her videos she seems very genuine and kind.  I'm glad you found her helpful.

I did her group for about a month and have had a few private sessions with her. I like her a lot.
I preferred the private sessions to the group but both are helpful. And I think you just pay month to month for the group, so you can always try it for a month. She's very knowledgeable and encouraging.
