Advice on .25mg Alprazolam at night to Diazepam

Hello all,

 

Just wanted to see if any one had any advice or experience with crossover from .25mg Xanax to Valium? I am currently pretty stable at this dose taken once per day. However, I feel like cutting down from Valium may be easier to eventually jump.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

What was your original dose? How have you tapered to your current dose and is this method working you? Are you experiencing interdose withdrawal?

Since you are stable on what you are currently taking (Xanax), I wonder if you could just continue on with it.  Many of our members taper from what they have been taking all along.
