Stopping smoking

Keep trying, but I think it is mistake to go through another torment and pain in withdrawal.

I would personally wait until after, but each to their own. 😃 😊 

I only smoke a few cigs a day and not all at once.  I keep them in the backroom and only smoke in the back in my one chair.  I don't smoke anywhere else in my home.

I decided to stop today. Until about an hour ago. I just cannot take on additional symptoms. I’ve given up ALL pleasures-a glass or 2 of red wine, my beloved coffee, CHOCOLATE-mac and cheese-the list is long. I mean, seriously. I am still a human being with needs and desires outside of this complete catastrophe. 🤨
