FLU VACCINE

I did it! I've been dreading getting the flu vaccine for over a month now because of the potential for worsening withdrawal symptoms! My arm hurts but its tolerable. 5 HOURS out and nothing yet! fingers crossed this continues to go smoothly!

have you had reactions in the past?  Did you get the COVID vaccinations?  Do you have food and medication sensitivity?

Great job pushing through your fear! I had the same anxieties when it came to getting my covid booster but was so grateful after that I did it and had no reactions from it. I'm sure you'll continue to feel good 

So glad to hear you got the flu vaccine, an acquaintance of mine had to be hospitalized and she's only 25!
