So coming off .5mg Valium would be easier than coming off 3 mg?

I would like some advice from people with experience coming off Valium.

 

Is it really much easier to come off 1/0.5 mg than it is to come off 3 mg for example? Is there a clear difference in symptomatology?

I'm not sure what your question is, symptoms can vary but I've seen suffering on all of benzo's.  The preference to use Valium to taper with is due to its long half life allowing for a smoother taper.  Even with this though, I've seen many suffer during withdrawal and once off the drug, no matter which one they tapered.
