We need to be proactive and make the FDA aware of what is happening. This form is really straight forward and simple to fill out. I have submitted my horror story. We need to let them know of our stories and not just fellow sufferers so things can start to change.

Hi Rev,
I posted mine about 3 weeks ago. I think it was a posting by member 'Juniper' that had the link also. Do you know if there have been any updates on this docket?

I don't think this one is a pettition style one with a dockett or anything. It is a direct report to the FDA of adverse effects of the medication.
