Bipolar Drugs Deemed Safe For Children

I caught the end of a story on NPR this morning, saying that certain drugs (including Seroquel) which had not been approved for pediatric use, have now been approved for pediatric use.

It said that drugs used for treating bipolar disorder in children have been shown to be safe.

Anybody out there hear the whole story, or know a little background on this?
