Things are looking up for me, 3 year mark

Not much of a poster, but I’ve been wanting to post in this category for awhile now. My family and I just bought a house and the movers didn’t show up so I had to do it all myself, we’re talking thousands of pounds of stuff. I ended up being able to do it all without any heart palpitation thingies/cortisol surges which I was expecting. I only had one bad day after all the stress. I’ve been able to drive a lot in the past two months, and have worked past a lot of trauma surrounding driving (it used to be so so bad, driving was the opposite of a distraction and made me vividly aware of my horrible symptoms). I expect to be living life fully here soon, but who truly knows. I’m going back to work too now that I can drive. I’ll post a success story once I feel it’s time.
